Course Description:

The course is for anyone who wants to learn to draw intricate mandalas & enhance their skills but who does not know where to begin. At the start of the course, I will show what are the preferred materials and why so. The materials used are bare minimum so that it won't cost you the earth! Next moving forward we would understand pattern making from scratch,  how to fill in the details, how to fill bigger pattern shapes, things to keep in mind while creating the patterns & how to form new patterns on your own. Next, we move forward to understanding the importance of grids in mandala making & creating 3 different types of grid formation. We then understand about the first type of intricate mandala using more number of pattern layers and minimal detailings, how to go with creation, things to keep in mind & finishing the complete artwork. For the second type of intricate mandala, we use a lesser number of pattern layers & try to incorporate more of the intricate detailing, how to sub-divide bigger shapes & come up with more complexities and intricacy.
